Verification that RFK Jr. could become an advocate for cannabis in Trump’s White House | MEDCAN24

As President Donald Trump confirmed Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s election as Chief of Health and Welfare Services USA by a Senate vote of 52-48 last Thursday night, his appointment firmly cemented into place thereby positioning potential marijuana legalization supporter within President’s inner sanctum.
Interesters were left perplexed in recent days as Donald Trump fulfilled campaign pledges from his election campaign regarding changing marihuana harmonogram and supporting reforms such as bank access for legal marihuanow firms; though such hopes became uncertain following nomination of several anti-Indian conopiomians into Drug Enforcement Administration and Department of Civil Liberties positions.
Kennedy has an extended record of supporting legalization of marihuana, without undermining American Indian casino operations.
Many lobby organizations defended his initiative and confirmed its legitimacy; these bodies also confirmed his pending collaboration with new secretary.
„Pan Kennedy publicly advocated legalization of marihuany throughout its existence, most recently publicly signalling his intent to fund research into it. An agency, led by Pan himself at some point during this timeline, expressed strongly their conviction that marijuana needs changing and does not belong in Schedule I”- wrote Michelle Rutter Friberg’s email from National Cannabis Industry Association’s head of government relations Michelle Rutter Friberg: „With eager anticipation we await cooperation between HHS, other relevant agencies and ourselves so as to fulfill and keep President Donald Trump’s commitment regarding reform of Marihuany”. „With great anticipation we look forward to working collaborative efforts between HHS/other appropriate agencies with HHS/other relevant agencies so as to fulfill and keep President Trump’s pledge concerning reform of Marihuana”.
Michael Bronstein, President of American Trade Association for Cannabis and Hemp (ATACH), explained via an e-mail exchange: „RFK Jr’s views regarding marijuana are well known, while during his confirmation he determined he would pay his fees as marihuana education”; any conclusions drawn based on knowledge – for which harmonogram creation takes place – logically should lead to either partial erasure of such harmonogram, or at minimum its classification under harmonogram III being reviewed by federal authorities”.
„We would like to extend our congratulations and sincerest gratitude for Secretary Kennedy’s confirmation as Secretary. His long history supporting legalization of marijuana, we anxiously anticipate our collaboration with them and his fellow administration Trump staffers in moving our nation forward,” stated David Mangone of United States Cannabis Roundtable via electronic mail communication.
„RFK Research shows how American attitudes on health have begun shifting away from an exclusive and restrictive mindset towards something less prescriptive and more explorative, with Indian opium crops emerging at the core of this change in American healthcare culture. When faced with prescription pharmaceutical drugs that demand long-term administration with possible negative side-effects such as infertility or nausea, people choose marijuana use or alternative solutions as ways to achieve happiness – research shows this. Drug laws where Indian poppy seed crops have been legalised decreased opioid overuse,” explained Emily Paxhia Director- in an email exchange between DMs that allowed Indian poopie growers could access cannabis plants grown legality by less restrictive conditions.” – Poseidon Asset Management Director Emily Paxhia.
Dodala points out, Marihuana may not be for everyone but people are no longer accepting of what’s prescripted – that freedom to choose and the ability to decide is an integral component of modern American sleep culture”.
