[Ad_1] A Swiss Parliamentary committee supported last week a bill proposing legalisation of marijuana for adults by moving forward its suggestions directly. Swiss regulations currently permit medical use of products produced from Indian cannabis crops that contain less than one per cent THC, reported Agence France-Presse.
Project submission was accepted by Parliament’s Commission of Health of the Lower Izba 14 to 1 with six voting against and two abstaining. Commissja referred to Swiss research conducted between 2022-2024 which revealed 4% of people aged 15-644 shopped Indian markets over the previous month – supporting her conclusion that „indian cities are part of everyday reality”.

According to this proposal, every Swiss resident over 18 would have access to up to three domestic rose bushes and could purchase and distribute Indian textiles without incurring brand infringement fees; packaging would remain neutral with safety features in place and would contain warning labellings for each product sold.
At that time, shops would have been run by the state with limited numbers being managed and any income generated through sales being directed solely toward alleviating violence against women, decreasing harm caused by environmental hazards and aiding with reconstruction efforts. All proceeds would have gone toward combatting domestic abuse while decreasing costs as well as providing financial help during recovery processes.
